Cancellation Policy

The Honeydew Edit Booking Policy All sessions are booked in advance and reserved specifically for you. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of service. Most services have a 2-hour minimum. Sessions begin and end on time to respect both schedules. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Supplies or materials purchased on your behalf will be billed separately with prior approval. Travel within 25 km of the Orleans area is included; mileage fees may apply beyond that range. Client information and household details are treated with strict confidentiality. The Honeydew Edit reserves the right to refuse or end service if conditions are unsafe, disrespectful, or outside the agreed scope. By booking, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that The Honeydew Edit operates with care, professionalism, and respect for your time, home and trust.
